This Sunday Alex will be teaching a commedia dell’arte workshop at The Ume Group!
This class will cover the fundamentals of mask work, as well as different approaches to playing commedia’s classic characters. Bring Dottore, Pantalone, and Arlecchino to life with your own unique spin. Learn how to use your acting chops on Italy’s popular comedy – and have a blast doing it! We’ll cover all this and more – come check it out!

This workshop is part of Ume’s monthly ‘open training’ series, a fast, fun medley of physical training. Each open training session consists of a warm up, and three workshops in different physical disciplines. This month’s class will include – commedia, juggling, and hip-hop dancing. It’s gonna be a good time.
