Alex is taking a three-week Shakespeare intensive with Jessie Austrian, co-artistic director and founding member of Fiasco Theater.
Fiasco has become famous for doing imaginative, pared down interpretations of classics – from Shakespeare’s Cymbeline to Sondheim’s Into the Woods.
The workshop will dig into the rehearsal technique that defines the Fiasco aesthetic, and creates the free, imaginative, and personal performances that have made their productions so successful.
