As an audience member I could watch Curtis all day, wondering what amazing thing he would come up with next. Curtis is a true talent who can use the very bare minimum of resources to create a lush story.
Curtis has a flair for physicality. He is a delight to watch, capturing hearts and breaking them when his does.
Mr. Curtis has such a charming and lovable persona that he can take the slightest premise and turn it into a delightful 45 minutes.
Curtis was made for this kind of role. He is able to pull off complex choreography and the believable misdirection with ease. He also has a lovable impishness that makes his every move compulsive. It’s a rare sort of talent. He’s not only a good comic, but has a kind of infectious joy that makes the ‘plot’ heartwarming.
Mr. Curtis is an absolute delight to watch, and even though he stays silent, his energy is so thoroughly infectious that it almost feels like he sings. Needless to say, Mr. Curtis has mastered the art of being a silent theatrical star.

Perry’s energetic cast doesn’t contain any weak links…. The charming, slovenly handsome Curtis conveys Ryan with an edginess suggesting his troublemaker tendencies and an endearing sensitivity proving why Courtney found him attractive in the first place.

Hilarious… Curtis masters the wayward drifter in search of a plot for a book about his life’s adventures. Ryan might be a little dimwitted but has a really sharp sense of humor.
Superb… Alex Curtis is cool, buff (we see him in a towel much of the time) and part of the ‘who’s on first,’ door-slamming-hide-the-body style of comedy that requires perfect timing.

Alex demands honesty in his acting; constantly striving to perfect the wheel. I am always excited to watch Alex tell his stories on film. Charming, haunting, silly and smart.
Alex is an intelligent, eager, curious, driven and collaborative actor with whom everyone enjoys working. He asks rigorous questions of himself and his process and those results show in his work.
